This was my 1st TJR read and then I went on to read Evelyn Hugo then Daisy Jones afterwards. I think people like this one the least - or at least - I rarely hear of this one. And, maybe it's because it was the first of hers that I read, or that I'm a SoCal gal, but I really liked it. I loved the whole Malibu setting and family drama with old school Hollywood wrapped into one story. It was a fun, entertaining potato chip book. I also love how she ties some characters into her other books.
