I can't believe this was a debut novel, it's done SO WELL. I love to recommend this book because anyone and everyone will enjoy it. It's just an enjoyable read. The most lovable characters, especially my guy Marcellus 🐙 If you are looking for a feel good, mystery solving, sea creature hero book, this is it!

This is a book for everyone! Its so hard to explain so we just say - READ IT! Just the other day, my daughter caught me crying over (yet another) book and said, "Mommy are you crying over another octopus book"? I literally LOLd. She even remembers the "octopus book" because it is just so good. There is mystery, amazing relationships, hardships, found family and Marcellus the octopus as the star. Obviously.

Jamie and I both eyeball read it but I've heard to audiobook it because Marcellus has the best accent! Trust us - read it.
