I mean, it's wildly popular for a reason. An easy to ready story that sucks you in from the start. I loved the mystery of it all, trying to figure out wtf happened and how they are all connected. Some parts are cheesy and over the top, but that's showbiz, baby! Excellent characters, epic plot twist, lovely writing. You can't go wrong with this one.

I read this during a TJR binge a few years ago and I think this has been my favorite of hers so far. The twist got me good. Ya got me Taylor! I just loved being transported back to the Golden Age of Hollywood and being thrown into that world from a woman's point of view. I thought it was such an interesting story and I always love a flashback story mixed into current events. I feel like most women, at any age, can pick this up and relate to it in some way. I love books like that. Super easy and entertaining read.
