The Bargainer series! What a ride! I loved the concept of the Bargainer trading in favors and secrets. The otherworlds are giving stranger things and this is the first series where I have been LEGITIMATELY creeped out. The sleeping women and the demon babies can get out of my nightmares right now 😱

It was a little repetitive and I didn’t love the circumstances of how the main characters meet. But I was entertained and it has spice and the mystery keeps you guessing as to how they will inevitably save the world and live happily ever after… because they always do!

Desmond and Callypso are great… once you get through book 3 and learn the backstory. But if I had to hear him call her “cherub” or “baby siren” ONE more time I swear to god 🤢🤢🤢

A Siren and a Vampire? Say less. I ate this 4 book series uppppp! It had it all for me EXCEPT the God awful pet names and the overuse of them. 🤮 But let’s just continue to ignore that shall we?! I loved the unraveling of Callypso and Desmond’s secrets as we go through the years, getting glimpses of both past and present. This had me in the feels while she was trying to figure out the betrayal of the MMC Desmond. He was also a nice change up of the dark-haired, broody Shadow Daddy MMC we all love – check the fan art below!

The whole premise was super unique – he collects debts for favors people ask when they call on him. Great world building, tension, and the spice was mmmm mmmmmmmmmm yep! I think about this series a lot. I LOVE a 4 book-er and this just has it all!
